Founded in 1983 with a clear belief: property should create opportunity. What began with a single commercial site has grown into one of the UK’s largest privately owned commercial property businesses.

Today, we manage over 15 million sq ft of industrial, office and retail space, supported by seven specialist subsidiaries and in-house design and construction teams. We source and secure land, shape developments around real business needs, and stay involved long after completion.
