The FI Property Group journey began in 1982, when our founder, Tim Knowles, purchased a small commercial plot in Chorley, Lancashire. This single venture sparked a long-term commitment to creating opportunity through property. What started with one site has grown into a portfolio of more than 15 million sq ft.
Over the decades, FI Real Estate Management expanded into new regions, new sectors and new services. Construction and facilities management were brought in-house to improve quality and speed. Regeneration partnerships were formed with local authorities to unlock land and drive economic uplift.
