Wrexham Point, our latest industrial development in North Wales, is now fully let.

Located at Wrexham Industrial Estate, the scheme has reached full occupancy following strong demand from occupiers seeking high-quality, flexible industrial space in the region.

The scheme has attracted a strong mix of occupiers, with Howdens and Statham & Co securing units within the new development, alongside the latest tenant, 3PLUK, which has taken 21,198 sq ft of space.

Wrexham Point consists of newly built industrial units ranging from 3,357 sq ft to 21,198 sq ft, designed to provide modern, flexible accommodation for growing businesses.

The development has been created to support a range of occupiers seeking scalable, high-quality industrial space and benefits from being located on the UK’s second-largest industrial estate.

The full occupancy of Wrexham Point reflects the continued strength of Wrexham’s industrial market and forms part of our wider long-term investment strategy in the area.

Alongside Wrexham Point, we continue to progress a pipeline of further developments across the estate. One of these, Wrexham 1M, will provide up to 1,000,000 sq ft across 60 acres as part of the £160 million Advanced Manufacturing Investment Zone. Representing one of the most significant industrial developments in Wales, it is set to play a defining role in the region’s economic transformation.

In addition, Wrexham 152, a 152,762 sq ft industrial development, will further expand the estate’s supply of high-quality space.

At FI, we continue to deliver additional high-quality industrial and logistics space to meet ongoing demand from regional, national and international occupiers. These projects form part of FI’s continued commitment to supporting economic growth across North Wales and expanding the capacity of Wrexham Industrial Estate as a key hub for UK manufacturing, logistics and distribution.

Tim Knowles, founder and managing director of FI Property Group, said:

“Reaching full occupancy at Wrexham Point reflects the strong demand we are seeing for modern industrial space at Wrexham Industrial Estate.

“Wrexham remains an important focus for FI. Future developments will ensure we can continue to provide the high-quality, flexible space that growing businesses need.

“As a long-term investor in the region, we’re passionate about continuing to invest in Wrexham and creating opportunities for businesses to grow and succeed.”
