Role Overview
The Project Manager will be in charge o f delivery of Health & Safety, commercial budgets, programme management and managing scheduling and communicating with stakeholders. They will have overall responsibility for the construction projects they are working on as well as other FIC personnel associated with their project. They will report directly to the Construction Directors and formal progress reports will b e required to be presented monthly.

- Commercial matters
- Day to day operations o n site
- Management of site team and consultants
- Design management
- Pre-construction management
- Formation of project plan timeline and its delivery
This is not an exhaustive list of duties, and you could be asked to pick up other tasks from across
the business as and when necessary.
Qualifications & Experience Required
- Extensive civil and groundworks experience is essential.
- Proven track record in the industrial construction sector
- Managed previous sites with a value in excess of £25m
